1. The company

The gingermoodjuice.com website is operated by Les Élixirs Gingermood Inc., in Brossard, Quebec, Canada (“GingerMood”, “we”).

2. Products

Our health elixirs are fresh, unpasteurized artisanal beverages made with natural and organic ingredients. They are food, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Photos are representative; colour may naturally vary between batches.

3. Orders and minimums

Elixirs are sold in cases of 12 bottles of the same size, either 250 ml or 750 ml. Flavours can be freely mixed within a case. Infusions are sold individually, with automatic discounts starting at 3 and 6 pouches. We may refuse or cancel an order due to unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or an address outside our delivery area; any amount paid will then be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners.

5. Delivery

See our shipping policy. Fresh products must be refrigerated upon receipt. GingerMood is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

6. Storage and consumption

Unpasteurized elixirs must remain refrigerated. Shake well and consume within 15 days of opening. Ingredients and nutrition facts appear on product pages and labels.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, including trademarks, logos, text, photos, and videos, belongs to Les Élixirs Gingermood Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the legal warranties provided by Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
