1. The company
The gingermood.com website is operated by Les Élixirs Gingermood Inc., Brossard (Québec), Canada (“ GingerMood ”, “ we ”).
2. Products
Our health elixirs are fresh, unpasteurized artisanal beverages made from natural and organic ingredients. They are food — they are not medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Photos are representative; slight natural variations in colour may occur from one batch to another.
3. Orders and minimums
Elixirs are sold by the unit with minimum order quantities : minimum 12 units for the 250 ml format and minimum 6 units for the 750 ml format — flavours can be freely mixed within a single format. Herbal teas are sold in packs of 3, 6 or 9 sachets, at a decreasing price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (product unavailable, obvious pricing error, area not served), in which case you will be refunded in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes extra where applicable. Payment is due at the time of order, via the payment methods shown at checkout. The transaction is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners.
5. Delivery
See our shipping policy. Fresh products must be refrigerated upon receipt; GingerMood is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
6. Storage and consumption
Unpasteurized products : keep refrigerated at all times, shake well, consume within 15 days of opening. Ingredient and nutritional information appears on each product page and each label.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content (trademarks, logos, texts, photos, videos) belongs to Les Élixirs Gingermood Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing herein limits the legal warranties of the Consumer Protection Act (Québec).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
