Delivery areas

Fresh elixirs

Our elixirs are delivered cold throughout Greater Montreal and the Montérégie. Elixir orders outside this area cannot be shipped; visit our store locator to find GingerMood near you.

Infusions

Our infusions ship across Canada with Canada Post.

Rates

• Local elixir delivery: $9.99 below $150.
• Canada Post infusion shipping: $5.99 below $150.
• Free delivery on orders of $150 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

For a mixed order eligible for local delivery, elixirs and infusions are delivered together without duplicate shipping fees.

Timing and receipt

Local deliveries are generally completed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation with the delivery window. Elixirs must be refrigerated upon receipt. If nobody is present, the order may be left at the door at your risk; arrange for a cooler when needed.

Incorrect address and unclaimed orders

Check your address carefully. Redelivery caused by an incorrect address may incur an additional fee. Unclaimed fresh products are non-refundable.
