Areas served — elixirs (fresh products)
Elixirs are delivered by our team, kept cold, across Greater Montréal and the Montérégie. Elixir orders coming from outside this area may be cancelled and refunded; our points of sale remain the best option outside the area.

- Free on orders of $200 or more
Herbal teas
Herbal teas are shipped across Canada by Canada Post ($5.99, free on orders of $35 or more). When an order combines elixirs and herbal teas, everything ships together by local delivery.
Timelines
Elixir deliveries are grouped by area and generally carried out within 2 to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation with the delivery window. Someone should be present to refrigerate the products promptly; otherwise, the order is left at the door at your own risk (plan for a cooler if you're away).
Wrong address / unclaimed parcel
Double-check your address : a re-delivery caused by a wrong address may incur additional fees. Unclaimed fresh products = non-refundable.
