Refund policy

Fresh unpasteurized products

Our elixirs are fresh, unpasteurized and perishable products. For food safety reasons, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Damaged, defective product or order error

If your order arrives damaged (broken bottle, leak), doesn't match what you ordered, or has a defect, write to us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product and your order number. We'll offer you, at your choice :

  • a replacement of the product on the next delivery; or
  • a full refund of the affected product, to the original payment method (processed within 5 to 10 business days).

Herbal teas

Unopened herbal teas, in their original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled at no charge as long as it hasn't been prepared for delivery. Contact us as soon as possible.
