The golden turmeric-mango smoothie

A smoothie that looks like a sunset and puts you in a good mood before the first sip. The mango brings the velvet, the banana the sweetness, and our Ginger-Pineapple slips the ginger and turmeric in without you having to reach for the grater.

What you'll need

  • 60 ml of Ginger-Pineapple
  • 1 very ripe mango (or 200 g of frozen chunks)
  • 1 banana
  • 150 ml of plant-based milk (oat, almond…)
  • A pinch of ground turmeric and a twist of the pepper mill

The method

  1. Gather all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend for 45 seconds, until silky smooth.
  3. Taste: too thick? a handful of ice. Too thin? a splash of milk.
  4. Pour, and savour slowly.

The pepper isn't there by chance: the piperine it contains helps the body better absorb the curcumin in turmeric. A smoothie that tastes good and works for you.
